Round steel production process
Stainless steel round bar (40 mm or less rods) Morgan type 45 ° or
cox 3-high type (Y) mill continuous production process.The general
product specification is 5.5 ~ 40mm rolls.Finish rolling speed is
50 ~ 60m/s(ferrite stainless steel) or 70 ~ 60m/s(austenite
stainless steel).Due to the adoption of torsionless rolling, the
surface quality of stainless steel round steel products is bright
and clean with high dimensional accuracy.Or less Diameter deviation
of 20mm wire rod can reach + / - 0.1mm.The 40mm bar can reach + / -
0.2mm and the disc weight can reach 2t.Specific production process
steps: billet preparation, heating, descaling, roughing, cutting
head, middle rolling, cutting head, fine rolling, coiling, heat
treatment, pickling, storage.
