Stainless Steel 347/347H Round Bar & Rods
It is an SS grade that offers excellent resistance for irregular
corrosion. These rods are used to assemble the hardware. There is
some standard specification of stainless steel, the first one is
its length, and it should not be greater than 8m. But it also
depends on the client's requirements. The sizes of the bright bar
and round bar also a matter. The tolerance of the material again
depends on the clients as per their requirements. Steel can be
rolled, peeled, or cold drawn according to the condition.
According to nature, stainless steel can be magnetic and
non-magnetic. Physical property remains the same in every type of
steel it contains thermal expansion, density, thermal conductivity,
specific heat and modulus of elasticity. The mechanical property
contains its hardness, elongation, tensile strength, and its grade.
It is used in application in the following industries; food
processing- for storage and its equipment, chemical processing,
polythionic acid service, waste heat recovery, pharmaceutical
production, fluid catalytic, petroleum refining. It is also used as
some typical applications are high-temperature steam services,
high-pressure pipes, heavy-duty systems, heat exchanger tubes,
radiant super heater, etc.
